Overview

All digital designs sold by Maverick Laser Supplies are created for the maker community and small custom shops. By purchasing or downloading any design, you agree to the following terms.

1. License Grant

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased design(s) for:

• Personal projects

• Small-scale business production (engraving, cutting, or printing physical items for resale)

You may sell physical products made from the files. You may not resell, share, or distribute the digital files.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, share, gift, or upload the files to any marketplace or file-sharing platform

• Alter or combine designs to create new files for resale

• Use Maverick Laser Supplies’ mockups or listing photos in your own advertising

• Use the files for print-on-demand services (e.g., Printify, Redbubble)

3. Intended Use

Files are licensed for small-scale production only. Large-scale or corporate manufacturing requires prior permission.

4. Ownership

All designs, mockups, and promotional materials remain the copyrighted property of Maverick Laser Supplies. Purchase does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights. You may not claim authorship of any design.

5. Modifications

Permitted:

• Minor resizing or personalization (e.g., name or date for a one-time use)

Not permitted:

• Design alterations or combinations for digital resale

• Converting or tracing to make new digital derivative works

6. Limitation of Liability

Maverick Laser Supplies is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use these designs. Files are provided “as-is” without warranty. However, if you have any issues or note any mistakes, please reach out.

7. Compliance

You agree to follow all laws and safety standards relevant to your equipment and products.

8. Updates

Terms may be updated without notice. The latest version will always apply.
