1. Where do you ship from?
We are proudly Canadian-owned and ship all orders from Hinton, Alberta, Canada.
2. Who do you use to ship with?
We use Freightcom, which automatically selects the most cost-effective courier for your order. If you would like a specific courier, please let us know at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes as we try to avoid using Canada Post for most orders.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Most Canadian customers receive their orders within 3–7 business days.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders of 24+ tumblers and other qualifying bulk orders.
5. Can I mix and match colors for bulk orders?
Absolutely! You can mix and match colors to meet bulk order minimums, perfect for creating variety in your store or projects.
6. Will I have to pay customs or duties?
No. All orders ship from within Canada, so there are no additional customs fees for Canadian customers.
7. What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review the situation and may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund. Preorder, clearance, and sale items are final sale unless defective.
8. Can I place a custom order?
At this time, we do not accept custom engraving orders — we specialize in providing high-quality blanks and supplies to other makers.
9. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! Bulk pricing is available on many of our products. Bulk prices are automatically adjusted in your cart.
