Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing or during preorder events.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During sales, launches, preorder events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer calculated shipping rates through:
- Purolator Ground
- Purolator Express
- Canada Post Regular Parcel
- Canada Post Expedited
- Canada Post Xpresspost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- package weight and dimensions
- destination
- courier rates available at the time of purchase
Free Shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on Canadian orders over $400 CAD before taxes.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying subtotal is reached.
Some oversized, remote, or specialty shipments may not qualify for free shipping. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you before processing your order.
Courier Selection
While checkout may display specific carriers and estimated delivery methods, Maverick Laser Supplies reserves the right to ship with the courier that provides:
- the best delivery timeframe
- the best service reliability
- or the most efficient shipping option for your location
We primarily ship using Freightcom courier services and may use alternate carriers when appropriate.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated transit times shown at checkout are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Weather delays, carrier delays, holidays, rural routes, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Maverick Laser Supplies is not responsible for courier delays once a package has been shipped.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be emailed automatically once your shipping label has been created.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear within the courier system.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- additional shipping charges may apply
- original shipping charges are non-refundable
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. If available, pickup instructions will be provided after your order is ready.
