1. When does the sale run?

Our Christmas in July Pre-Order Event is live July 15 – July 31 (11:59 PM MT)—two weeks to stock up before the busy season hits.

2. What products are included?

Every item in the Christmas in July Pre-Order collection qualifies—tumblers, engraving blanks, accessories, and all newly-listed seasonal favourites.

3. How do the discounts work?

Just add qualifying items to your cart. The tiered discount above applies automatically—no codes, no math. Mix-and-match across the collection to hit the next tier.

4. Is shipping still free on larger orders?

Yes! Canada-wide shipping is free when your cart contains 24 or more items. Smaller orders ship at flat rates shown at checkout.

5. When will my order arrive?

Because this is a coordinated bulk order, products are ordered from the supplier August 1 and travel together. Estimated arrival at our warehouse is early September (6-8 weeks after sale close). We quality-check and ship to you the same week.

6. Can I combine the pre-order with in-stock items?

Sure! Orders with 24 or more in-stock items ship right away. If you have under 24 in-stock items in your cart, those items will be shipped when the pre-order is ready to ship. Pre-order items will ship separately once they land.

7. Are pre-orders refundable?

All pre-orders are final sale because we purchase inventory specifically for you. We happily replace items damaged in transit or with manufacturer defects—just send photos within 7 days of delivery.

8. Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

Changes are possible until July 31. After the sale closes, we lock quantities with the supplier and can no longer adjust or cancel.

9. Why should I buy in bulk?

Buying together lets us leverage wholesale pricing, reduce shipping and duty costs, and pass the savings straight to you—up to 20 % off plus free shipping.

10. Will these discounts return later in the year?

No. This is our once-a-year volume buy. Regular restocks will return to standard pricing (or higher, if supplier costs rise).

11. Do you offer reseller/tax-exempt pricing?

If you have a valid Canadian resale or PST number, email support at jade@maverickcnc.ca with your documentation before checkout so we can set up your exempt customer profile.

12. How will I know my order is on the way?

You’ll receive:

  1. Order Confirmation (immediately)

  2. Production Update (when items are in transit from the supplier)

  3. Shipping Notification with tracking (once we dispatch from our warehouse).

13. Who do I contact with questions?
